Acute abdominal pain is the most frequent complaint evaluated by emergency surgeon. The frequency of this presentation and multitude diagnoses severity cases reinforce importance a methodic clinical approach knowledge causes acute abdomen. In article, we intend to review process diagnosing an abdomen remind medical community accurate history physical examination in process.
